HOW LONG DO YOU TAKE TO RESPOND TO ENQUIRES?
Please allow up to 24 hours during weekdays and 48 hours during weekends to respond to all enquiries.
WHAT AREA DO YOU COVER?
The Home Detox predominantly works in Deal, Kingsdown, Sandwich, Dover, Thanet and surroundings areas. We are happy to work outside of our catchment area. If you live further than a 10 mile radius from CT14 postcode, then a 45p per mile will be charged each working day. Parking charges and tolls will also be added to the invoice.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
Our clients requirements are always bespoke and pricing always depends on the time frame of the job.

All work is carried out on an hourly basis with the pricing as follows:
Weekdays £22.50ph*
Weekends £25ph*
Bank Holidays £30ph*

*Please note, that this pricing is based on 3+ hours. Anything under this timeframe will be an additional £5ph to each service.
HOW DOES THE BOOKING PROCESS WORK?

Please be aware that if you are outside of a 10 mile radius, we will arrange an initial telephone or zoom appointment. In-person appointments can also be arranged at Staceys discretion.
DO I NEED TO CLEAN AND TIDY BEFORE YOU ARRIVE?
No you are not expected to clean or tidy your home before our arrival. It is important for us to see the current natural flow of your home and how you utilise your living space. This enables us to make the best assessment for the area.
WILL YOU MAKE ME THROW ITEMS AWAY THAT I LOVE?
Absolutely not! Our service supports you throughout the whole detox process. All items that you no longer love, or no longer serve a purpose, would be suggested for recycling or donation, however we would never make you throw any of your items away and will treat all your items with care. Fundamentally the decision is down to you and the vision and goal you'd like to achieve in your home.

WHAT HAPPENS TO THE ITEMS I NO LONGER WANT TO KEEP?
Items you decide that you no longer want to keep, can either be recycled / thrown away, donated or sold.

We are happy to recycle and donate items on your behalf if you find this process over-whelming or are restricted due to lack of transport. Please note that an additional charge of £20 per day / per car load will be added to the invoice.

We also work with third-party local suppliers that can donate and recycle on your behalf too, should you want to choose this process.

DO YOU PROVIDE STORAGE SOLUTIONS?
We are happy to work with the storage you currently own, or alternatively we can recommend various solutions. We work with a variety of suppliers, all which can be tailored to suit your budget.
Storage can not only look aesthetically pleasing, but can also help to contain and limit your spend, as well as creating more space.
WILL YOU TAKE PHOTOS OR VIDEOS?
Media footage is a great way for documenting the the detox and organising process. All photos and videos are only taken and used with strict permission from the client and via a signed social media consent release form.
WHAT ARE YOUR CANCELLATION TERMS?
We require 48 hours notice to cancel a pre-booked service. Appointments cancelled within this time frame will incur a £50 cancellation fee.
All bookings ahead of the time frame can be fully refunded or postponed and the deposit carried forward.
